Fun facts
- Islands of Adventure opened in 1999 and was considered a financial risk — it became a hit only after The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opened in 2010, which doubled Universal Orlando's attendance.
- The Incredible Hulk Coaster was completely rebuilt in 2016 with an entirely new track and launch system while keeping the same layout.
- Seuss Landing's architecture was designed so that no straight lines are visible anywhere in the land, mimicking Dr. Seuss's illustration style.
- Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure contains more animatronic figures than any other roller coaster in the world.
- The park's circular island layout was inspired by world's fair exposition design, where each 'island' functions as its own self-contained pavilion.
