Mickey's Fun Wheel opened with Disney California Adventure's debut in 2001. It closed permanently on January 8, 2018, and was retheme'd into Pixar Pal-A-Round, keeping the same wheel structure and swinging-gondola mechanism while updating the branding to Pixar's Toy Story characters.
