Kraken removes the floor entirely — riders' legs dangle freely through every loop and inversion, which is the actual source of the ride's intensity rather than raw speed or height alone. Seven inversions is a serious count for any coaster, themed loosely to the mythical sea monster with near-miss water elements along the way. It opened in 2000 as the park's floorless coaster.
