The ride debuted at this location in 2001 as Soarin' Over California, one of DCA's opening-day attractions. It went through global-landmark version as Soarin' Around the World in 2016, and was updated again to Soarin' Across America, debuting July 2, 2026, refocusing the film on U.S. landmarks.
