How this works
This list is split into two parts: closures already in effect today, and closures the park has announced for a future date. Both come from the same closure data behind each attraction's own page, checked regularly against park announcements — not a live status feed.
Common questions
- How often is this list updated?
- We review it regularly against official park announcements and news coverage, but a closure can be announced or lifted at any time. If a specific ride is critical to your visit, confirm with the park directly close to your trip date.
- A ride isn't listed here—does that mean it's definitely open?
- Not necessarily. This page only tracks closures the park announced in advance. Unscheduled downtime—a mechanical issue, weather, a technical hold—can happen to any ride at any time and won't appear here until it becomes a longer, announced closure.
- Why does a closure sometimes have no end date?
- Parks don't always give a firm reopening date, especially early in a refurbishment. When that happens, we list the closure as ongoing rather than guess—check back here or with the park for updates as a date gets confirmed.
