This is the original — Paris opened its Ratatouille dark ride in 2014, seven years before Walt Disney World built a near-identical version at EPCOT in 2021. Trackless mouse-shaped vehicles take genuinely different paths through Gusteau's kitchens depending on the ride, weaving past fire jets, steam bursts, and giant utensils in pursuit sequences dense enough that a second ride reveals angles the first one missed.
